Acting Director, Centre for Quality Assessment in Higher Education, SKVC, where she also heads the Institutional Review Division at SKVC.
She has extensive experience in coordinating study programme assessments, also managing the work of the Division. She has contributed to drafting various legal acts and methodologies and has wide-ranging experience in local and international projects with tasks varying from research activities, training, to leading the Project teams

Ivan Leban

A former vice-rector of the University of Ljubljana he is, now as a retired professor of Inorganic Chemistry, acting as the director of the Slovenian Quality Assurance Agency, SQAA from 2013. He graduated from chemistry at the University of Ljubljana (Slovenia) and received his doctorate (D.Phil. in crystallography) in the Department of Physics, University of York (England)."

Cristina Ghitulica

Vicepresident of the Romanian Agency for Quality Assurance in Higher Education. She holds a Doctoral degree in Chemical Engineering at University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest. She has a 20 years long academic career, currently being professor at the University "POLITEHNICA" of Bucharest, Department of Science and Engineering of Oxide Materials and Nanomaterials, Faculty of Applied Chemistry and Materials Science. Starting 2003, she had also coordinated several projects in the field of development of higher education study programs and quality assurance, co-financed from World Bank or European structural funds.

Achim Hopbach, AQ Austria

Achim Hopbach is Managing Director of the Austrian Quality Assurance Agency (AQ Austria) since 2012 and has been working in higher education since 1997. Before taking his current post, Achim Hopbach was the Managing Director of the German Accreditation Council for 7 years and was President of the European Association for Quality Assurance in Higher Education (ENQA) from 2009 to 2013. He holds a PhD in History.

Izabela Kwiatkowska-Sujka

Deputy Director, Polish Accreditation Committee, PKA

She is a Certified QMS Auditor and Coordinator, PKA’s trainer and QA expert. She was engaged in numerous international and national projects for QA in higher education and is author or co-author of several expert’s opinions and publications on QA/QM in Polish higher education system. Since June 2014 she is also a member of the Board of European Consortium for Accreditation (ECA).

She is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics and School of Management.

Duska Radmanovic

HEARS, BiH Republica Srpska

Duska Radmanovic is Head of Quality Assurance and International Cooperation Department at HEARS and has been working in education field since 2003. She has an extensive experience in quality assurance in higher education from internal procedures to external assessment and review coordination. She has also been involved in numerous projects in education and in education policies (strategic documents, policies and legal framework development). Her Master thesis focused on the quality of education and open society relations at the University of Banja Luka.

Martina Vidláková

Officer, National Accreditation Bureau for Higher Education, NAB

Studied international development at McGill University at the Bachelor level and European politics at the University of Edinburgh at the Master level. Prior to joining the predecessor organization ACCR (now NAB), she completed a research internship in international relations and worked as a research assistant. In ACCR she has been responsible for coordination of evaluations and expert groups and for the international affairs, which she continues in NAB. In addition to working in higher education quality assurance, Martina also volunteers in the human rights field and pursues her interest in the Israeli language and culture.

Marleen Roggan

Marleen Roggan works as project manager for international and European projects at the German Accreditation Agency ASIIN e.V. Her tasks include among others the organisational and budgetary respectively financial issues. Moreover, she is responsible for the management of the Technical

Committee for Mathematics (and previously Mechanical Engineering and Process Engineering). In this regard, she has co-ordinated and conducted numerous national and international accreditation procedures.
